I found this place randomly before I was leaving as I like Portuguese food. The host was very friendly and served us well. The food was amazing, nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. Honestly I would come back here again if I was in Leicester. Lovely place!

I would like to start off by saying the food here is made with love and it shows in the taste! Everything is fresh made to order. After getting to know the owner I found out this is his first business and a friendly guy. Saying that he has obtained this place to start off his food venture. The restaurant itself is no reflection on the quality of food they produce! With a friendly service.. my recommendation would be garlic prawns and prawn samosa and full peri peri chicken. We finished the evening off with a garlic mutton curry which was bursting with flavour and the nans were so fresh and soft! We were blessed to try the pork cutlet as an offering and I will be trying this the next time I go.

Diu Portugal Leicester is a true gem! The prawn rissóis were perfectly crispy, the peri chicken was packed with flavor, and the goat curry was rich and tender. The Debra’s de porco was also incredible! The owners are so welcoming, and the service is outstanding. A must-visit for amazing Portuguese food in Leicester!
